Every year around this time hotel concierges and activity directors in and around Bonita Springs are bombarded by visitors with one simple question: Where can we go out to eat on Christmas Day? ‘We have so many visitors here and a lot of them don’t want to cook,’ said Gail Shaw, Pelican Landing’s activities director.
