About the owners - family and friend
The real estate properties are owned since 40 years by the Hess family. The second generation with Arno and Birgit took over in 2017 and and their friend Susan purchased one of three houses around the 'secret' garden.
Both of the villas (House 2 and 3) ) behind the Oceanfront house (House 1) have ocean views and are fully renovated in the past 2-6 years, too.
After living in the Caribbean for most of our lives, all of us are slowly planning to move back to our roots.
